Delete your VerifySport account
VerifySport, a Verify4All product, gives you a clear way to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Before requesting deletion: cancel any active VerifySport subscription in Google Play. Deleting your VerifySport account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Select the button below to open a deletion-request email.
- Send the request from the email address connected to VerifySport.
- Include your VerifySport account email so we can verify the request.
- We may ask for limited additional verification to protect your account.
If the button does not open your email app, write to u.samnang@proton.me with the subject VerifySport Account Deletion Request.
Data we delete
After verification, we delete the VerifySport account record and personal data associated with it from our active systems, including account identifiers, email address, saved server-side preferences, notification tokens, and the subscription entitlement linked to the account.
Favorites stored only on your device can be removed by clearing VerifySport site or app data.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, refunds, tax or accounting duties, or other legal obligations. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
Timing and confirmation
We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the requesting email address when the process is complete, or explain if a lawful retention requirement applies.
Cancel your Google Play subscription
Open Google Play, choose Payments & subscriptions, thenSubscriptions, select VerifySport and chooseCancel subscription. Google Play controls subscription billing, cancellation and payment-method information.
